    Absolutely shocking company. 4/4 deliveries from them have been shambolic. First 2 made no attempt to deliver. First time my package was at the depot and had been ripped open with parts missing. I actually tracked the van the second time from my living room - drove passed my building and tracking details stated that delivery attempt failed. Third time the package allegedly was signed for...it wasn't... then apparently it was left in my postbox... it wasn't. Fourth time just now, actually rang the bell, let the driver in the reception and in the 1 minute it took me to get downstairs, a card had been left in my postbox. I assume drivers are paid per delivery attempt and just whip round properties making no real attempt. The company needs to put more quality control in place or businesses need to stop using this courier firm and pay a bit more for a professional company - it's farcical really.
